[cmNOG] [JLL2015CMR] : Invitation à la "Journée Logiciels Libres 2015 Cameroun"

Le cmNOG [1] , au coeur de la communauté Camerounaise des Ingénieurs opérant dans les Réseaux , vous invite à prendre part à l ' atelier qu'il animera au cours de la JLL2015CMR [2] qui se tiendra l e m ercredi 23 septembre 2015 [3] de 11h à 16h (GMT), au CNF de Yaoundé/ Ngoa-Ekellé/AUF-BACGL [ 4 ] . 
A cette occasion, nous vous p arl erons du programme RIPE ATLAS , qui a pour but de fa ciliter la " mesure de l 'Internet"; dans une perspective globale et collaborative d'amélioration de la latence de l'Internet . C e pro gramme est actuellement implémen té au Cameroun avec la collaboration du cmNOG . Dans le c ontexte Cameroun ais, il aurait été certes beaucoup plus intéressant que ce système fût apte à permettre la mesure de la valeur "exacte" de bande passante off erte par les FAI [5] :-) mais ce n'est pas l'objectif du programme pour le moment. 
Au cours de cet atelier, nous présenterons l’équipement utilisé par le programme RIPE ATLAS pour les mesure s : la Sonde Réseau RIPE ATLAS [6] . 
Venez suivre la démonstration de l’utilisation d 'une Sonde de Réseau dans la mesure de l'Internet . 
Le cmNOG , à cette occasion , pourr a commencer la distribu tion d es Sondes qui ont été mise à sa disposition. Notez juste que le nombre de Sonde s, localement en stock, est limité. 
Venez découvrir l e plan d'implémentation du programme RIPE ATLAS au Cameroun et faites la demande pour en obtenir une, sans frais . Au cas où vous êtes éligible, vous pourrez retourner avec votre Sonde Réseau RIPE ATLAS .

The cmNOG [1] , in the heart of the Cameroonian community of Engineers operating in Networks, invites you to take part to its workshop which will be host during the JLL2015CMR [2] to be held Wednesday, September 23, 2015 [3 ] from 11h to 16h (GMT), the CNF Yaoundé / Ngoa-Ekelle / AUF-BACGL [4] . 


On this occasion, we will talk about the RIPE ATLAS program which aims to facilitate the "measure of the Internet"; in a comprehensive and collaborative view to improving the latency of the Internet. This program is being implemented in collaboration with the Cameroon cmNOG. In the Cameroonian context, it certainly would have been much more interesting that this system was adapted to allow the measurement of the "exact" value of bandwidth offered by ISPs [5] :-) but this is not the objective of the program currently. 


During this workshop, we will present the equipment used by the RIPE ATLAS program measures: Probe RIPE ATLAS [6] . 


Come follow the demonstration of the use of a probe network to the measure of the Internet. 


The cmNOG, on this occasion, will begin distribution of probes that have been made available. Just note that the stock of probes is limited .
