Une Lettre formelle de convocation [1] suivra, via les canaux
officiels, dans un délai raisonable. En attendant, chaque membre
est prié de bien vouloir prendre toute disposition convenable ; en
vue de sa participation.<br>
<br>
L'Assemblée Générale se tiendra, dans le cadre de la série
d'ateliers ComBuildWS [2,3]. Le coût financier du séjour (partant
du jeudi 18 décembre, en matinée, jusqu'au Vendredi 19 décembre
2025 à 16 heures) dans la ville de Ngomedzap est couvert par
l'extention du projet, pour un représentant désigné par membre du
CAMIX. Ainsi, chaque membre est prié de désigner son représentant
et de bien vouloir couvrir ses frais de déplacement jusqu'au site
en présentiel de l'événement à Ngomedzap ; où les autres aspects
(logement + repas) de son séjour seront pris en charge. <br>
