[cmNOG] Windows 10 now supports RDNSS, still no plan for DHCPv6 on Android

Après avoir rencontré des difficultés pour déployer un réseau
IPv6-only[1], MicroSoft a finalement implementé le support du  RDNSS
(RFC 6106) dans le "Windows Creator Update" [2].

Nos amis Google sont encore réticents à intégrer DHCPv6 dans Android
[3], la raison etant la difficulté a partager la connection via USB
lorsque le périphérique hôte est connecté à un Wi-Fi.

After a long struggle to deploy an IPv6-only network[1], MicroSoft is
finaly supporting RDNSS(RFC 6106) in the Windows Creator Update[2].

Our Android friends are still reluctant on integrating DHCPv6[3], reason
being, USB tethering when the host device is connected to Wi-Fi.
