Thanks for sharing, I'm going to read it.

Do you think that our Government could be elligible ? since it seems to
have no IPv6 *known* Plan until now :-/

It would be interesting if someone on list could update us about the
resolutions from the *old* [1] National Commitee, or WG, for "IPv4 to
IPv6 Transition"; so how operationization is conducted.
