Dear cmNOGers,

Je ne fais que partager ceci [1] pour votre information, car je pense
que cela pourrait intéresser les nouveaux arrivants de l'IETF ou
simplement les consommateurs de RFCs.

I'm just sharing this [1] for your information, as i think it could be
of interest for IETF' newcomers or just RFC' consumers.

Même quand on ne suit pas de près les groupes de travail de l'IETF, on
peut parfois être «obligé», dans ses activités, de lire un RFC
particulier pour mieux mettre en œuvre|déployer un.e
protocole|technologie normalisé.e... Savoir lire correctement un RFC
serait alors très utile.

Even when not following IETF Working Group closely, sometime one might
be 'forced', in his activities, to read a particular RFC to better
implement|deploy a standardized protocol|technology... Know how to well
read a RFC would be very usefull.

Par ailleurs, pour plus d’informations sur la manière de mieux
contribuer aux activités de l’IETF, certaines de ces lectures seront
vraiment nécessaires :
* IETF Note Well [2] rappelle les politiques de l’IETF en vigueur sur
divers sujets ;
* IETF TAO [3] est le Guidedes Nouveaux Arrivants à l'IETF.

In other part, for more information on how to better contribute to the
IETF activities, some of these readings will be really necessary : 
* IETF Note Well [2] /is a reminder of IETF policies in effect on
various topics/ ;
* IETF TAO [3] is the IETF NewComers Guide.
