[cmNOG] How ready are African NRENs to be a part of the 'The Things Network?

Oui force est de constater que les enseignants chercheurs se laissent
souvent tenter par l’ergonomie des outils collaboratifs gratuits disponible
sur internet, n’ayant pas toujours conscience que la gratuité a pour
contre-partie le fait que les contenus partagés sont exploitables et
exploités par d’autres… mais quel sont les services numérique offert par
nos universités ?
